What is TrueTurn Bridge?

TrueTurn Bridge is the self-service platform that helps you better understand your donors thanks to real-time statistics, design the public appearance of your TWINT organisation profile, and further expand your reach while our partner network continues to grow.

Before you start

Before starting your onboarding on TrueTurn Bridge, please review once more the eligibility criteria for joining the TWINT giving portal.

Which information about your organisation should you have ready?

Please prepare the following details:

  • Website (URL)
  • Short description of the organisation (field of activity and focus)
  • Year of foundation
  • Area of activity
  • Legal form
  • Organisation language
  • Countries in which you are active
  • Company UID / VAT number (if available)
  • ZEWO certificate (if available)
  • Proof of tax exemption
  • Official address

Once you have entered and submitted this information, the internal review process begins. We aim to process it promptly but kindly ask for some patience.

To be able to collect donations via TrueTurn Bridge in the future, you need a RaiseNow account and must link it with TrueTurn. You will be guided step by step through the process in TrueTurn Bridge.

  • Do you already have a RaiseNow account?
→ When linking, make sure to use the same email address as in your RaiseNow account. Only then can we assign you to the correct organisation.
  • You don’t have a RaiseNow account yet?
→ No problem, you can create it during the process in TrueTurn Bridge.

Once the connection with RaiseNow has been successfully completed and your organisation has been reviewed and approved by RaiseNow, you can already move on to the next step – even if the TrueTurn approval process is still ongoing.

The connection to RaiseNow can be deactivated at any time. Learn more about it here.

Which materials do I need for my public profile?

It is your organisation’s profile, which is listed on the TWINT giving portal and accessible to donors.

Prepare the following elements to create your public profile:

  • Link to your organisation’s website
  • Logo, ideally in SVG format
  • Headline in DE, EN, FR, IT (max. 40 characters)
  • Short description of the organisation or donation purpose in DE, EN, FR, IT* (max. 500 characters per language)
→ With this text, you show donors the important contribution your organisation makes. Tip: Specific key figures can help convey an even more tangible picture of your work.
  • Background image (min. 2072 x 1512 pixels)

*For nationwide visibility, your organisation profile must be available in all four languages (DE, EN, FR, IT). Regional organisations need at least the language of their canton. If your profile is not available in a donor’s language, it will not be shown to them.

What happens after onboarding?

Once all information about your organisation and your public profile has been entered and the connection with RaiseNow has been completed, your part of the onboarding is done. We will inform you as soon as the approvals for your organisation and your profile are available. Afterwards, we will publish your organisation’s profile on the TWINT giving portal.
